Had just pulled up into the parking lot of the park and was sending a text. Then started to get out of the car and looked up and saw this guy on the fence rail right behind where it is now. So had to slowly close the door and let the window down and was then able to start shooting. I was only about 15 feet away from it, but it just sat there and really wasn't paying any attention to me. Seemed like there was something on the ground that had it's attention, and as you see, it finally hopped down. Never did see it grab anything, but it was sure looking hard. Guess it gave up, as it finally flew on off, up into a nearby tree.
