Not sure where these guys come from, but this is the second one that has just showed up down there. I can hear them a ways away at some of the houses, but sure seems like a long ways for them to travel. Just hope that none of the owls decide to go after it like the other one.
He’s handsome and you got a great shot of him! We have a part of town known for its roosters that roam but truth is they’ve not always been there. It started with one abandonment and so on and so on. Business’ and folks feed them and the GHO and various raptors don’t seem to bother with them! You may end up with a colony of these down there. He is a beauty.
