Saw this one as I driving back into my neighborhood, so had to pull over and get out. It was on one of the lower cable lines, so it wasn't too high above the ground. I started shooting and walked all around and pretty much just right under it, and it didn't not move. But I think it had it's eye on me, but I was just too big to pick up and fly off with.
