Went to a different place to try and catch a big Halloween Moon, but it didn't happen here tonight. The clouds moved in and totally covered it up, even before it started rising. I think the moon might have been behind these clouds, as there was a bit of light, but not much. Happy Halloween.
Our skies seem to do this every time an event happens (comet, eclipse, rare moon...) Nature's cruel joke on some of us, I guess. Very cool sky, though. Perfectly spooky moody!
