Finally found one of the barred owl today. And of course it was in the most darkest spot of the whole wooded section. And being totally cloudy and rainy didn't help either. But did manage to brighten it up a little to get a pretty good view of it.
Your owl shots are as good as your sunsets! The detail here is truly outstanding - even see the pieces of grass near his nose. Did well with your lighting challenge.
