@helstor Hi Helge - you are correct - it is the most amazing huge public lagoon on the esplanade at Cairns. Any body can use it for free and it's surrounded by artificial sand beachs, grass and shady rainforest trees. There's a small walkway between it and the background ocean - this person was reclining on that walkway - too good to pass up as a photo! Cheers Rob
