Your two posts from the Goma are fascinating. These are temporary works of art that have required a sound technical understanding. They probably required a lot of trials and errors before getting to an interesting and stable result. I suppose that these creations would not necessarily work if you tried to make them a bit larger or if you change a bit the proportions in the soap solution. I would never have thought that it was possible to make such fascinating things with just water and soap.
@etienne Hi Etienne - it is a funny exhibition because it has relied on different artist's interpretation of the theme. The first image was actually water bubbles continually changing and moving. This one is very static and I'm assuming they aren't actually water - just an interpretation of the structure of bubbles. They are huge and I think they must have been made from some sort of acrylic material. They were impressive though with their anchoring lines and the chosen lighting. Some of the other sections were also quite different! A bit odd in some cases....... :)
