Many thanks to one and all for your wonderful support for my IR adventure.

A great step forward. Got rid of the polarised sunglasses! They made it nearly impossible to see what was on the viewing screen before taking the shot.... can now check for the dreaded blue and make allowances.
Wow…interesting

A very nice effect that showcases this lovely building.

This is wonderful. Yes the polarized sunglasses make taking photos on my camera difficult as well. However, mine are prescription so there's that thing of taking of the sunglasses and then not being able to see at all! LOL!!

I love this shot.

@ankers70 Hi Suzanne - it's a pain isn't it. Unfortunately, mine are also prescription ones. But my indoor glasses are the colour change type - so I've been trialing those, along with a hat. They let you see the screen but aren't too effective for protection if it's really sunny. Catch 22! :)

January 19th, 2024
Wow! This is so cool!

This is so surreal- it looks like an illustration in some ways, yet you know it's a photo! I didn't mind the blue but there is definitely more of an impact with the colors in this shot.

Hi everyone. Thanks for your great comments and for your interest! I had no idea how changing my glasses would make so much difference. Now I can take one photo and then actually view it on the screen - and see the blue. Gradually change the aperture until the blue disappears! So easy when you can see.... Cheers Rob
