Vegetables produce some lovely flowers and the yellow flowers on the right are tomatoes and the orange and white flowers are runner beans. I am having a long wait for vegetables this year because apart from potatoes, I didn't get round to planting the vegetables until I came back from Chicago because I wouldn't have been around to keep my eye on them. Consequently, that was the beginning of May so everything is rather late. Normally we would be eating produce by now not seeing it in flower. Also I bought plants rather than grow my own from seed so I am a bit disappointed as I don't think they are as good as mine even though I bought them from the garden centre that charges rather large prices on everything! Perhaps next year I will get things sorted properly but I do hope to get away early in the spring/summer for a photographic trip somewhere I haven't been before.
