Today is Thursday, so it’s Jeff and Nick’s day.
Location: On the Virtu Ferries catamaran ‘La Valette’ (May, 2013)
Jeff: “What a wonderful ride, Nick. We caught the catamaran to Sicily just in time. And it’s still dawn. We have a full day in front of us.“
Nick: “Yes, Jeff. At one time I felt I would be blown away by the wind. This catamaran is so fast that we wouldn’t have been able to land on it if we met it outside Valletta Harbour and it had started speeding up.”
Jeff: “ Ok, Nick. So where are we now? Which way to go when we’re in harbour?”
Nick: “That is Pozzallo in the southern tip of Sicily. From here we follow the wind along the eastern coast of Sicily.”
Jeff: “So now the real adventure starts. Wow, let the wind blow! Thank you, JP, for your wonderful advice. No ticking, no throbbing anymore. I feel great.”
Nick: “The crew could have cleaned the window, Jeff, so we could see who’se inside. Or perhaps it’s the surf that has made it look dirty.”
