Like I said in the description of my picture of yesterday, Citta’ Sant’Angelo is built on the hilltop. And here’s a view of the surrounding countryside from a belvedere just before you enter the town. This is a stitch of 3 separate shots.

I am enjoying the back stories that accompany your images. Malta is well know but seldom visited by many of us living in North America and your images provide a glimpse into what it would be like to live there. This pano is a case in point, as the wide angle opens up the landscape and the relationship the housing has within it.
@grahambudd Many thanks for your comments. Actually the shots of the last few days are from a holiday my wife and I had in the province of Abruzzo in Italy. Malta is a small archipelago of islands in the centre of the Mediterranean, only 60 miles south of Italy.
