Tuscany holiday – day 4.

Ian and I climbed the Torre Grossa of San Gimignano (partly seen in the picture I showed yesterday. The Torre Grossa (huge tower) is the highest building in San Gimignano. I took this shot through one of the windows when we were half way up. As you can see at this stage we were already level with the next tower. You can also see the main street of San Gimignano which runs from one end to the other of the town.
