THE WAR TO END ALL WARS?

Best viewed large, if you have time. Thank you.
The presentation was in the form of a walk-through experience with short live re-enactments of common scenes which would have happened at the time. At times these were accompanied or followed by songs of the era – one I remember was ‘It’s a long way to Tipperary’ . The shots in this collage, mounted on another picture of the fort entrance are:
1. At the factory: females helping in the war effort by filling up bombs with explosives.
2. Leaving home: a soldier preparing his family for his departure to the war front
3. Warzone: soldiers fighting for their lives
4. In the trenches: life in the trenches
5. The Nurses’ tent: making ready to receive the injured.
Many thanks for looking and for the lovely comments and fav's on yesterday's picture.
Beautifully constructed and excellent individual captures. Love the concept that actual people play the parts. Fav
