On our walk back, my brother Joe, my brother-in-law (also) Joe and I stopped to have a chat with the guy who runs the salt pans. He has this shed cut in the rock face where he keeps the salt he gathers and his tools. One room of the shed was full of salt. He was nice to pose for me with the two buckets which he filled with salt for a picture.
I emailed him the pictures I took of him and he thanked me in reply.

Great shot of the man and his job. In our country salt is mining by factories that pump water in the ground on a salt belt.
