Colour moments

Connor loves the flowers around the patio. He rubs the lavender between his fingers and lets us all smell!
And some of the herbs get the same treatment.
Anyway I'm loving the look of the garden this summer even though the colours might not be as intense with the limited sunshine.
Three good things
1. After a grey start we had some good hours today and I got the decking of our little bridge painted.
2. David managed to unscrew the fixing bits of the downstairs toilet seat and new one now in place!! He's very useful!
3. Jonathan came for tea and overnight stay. Nice to be together....not long till they fly away again!
