Granny was 90 on Thursday and we enjoyed taking her out for lunch on Saturday. Susannah came through from Edinburgh and we had a delightful time at one of the restaurants Allan found in 'The Best of Scotland' book.
Three good things
1. A good day. ...mild dry and just fine for going out.
2. Great food and lots of laughs at the restaurant.
3. Allan met a lovely friend who was in the Gaelic choir he sang with when he worked in Glasgow 10 years ago. Across the busy restaurant they both caught the other's eye! So nice!
