kitchen

Playing around with with artistic choices and exposures for the B&W bookclub week 4 - http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/21184/bw-book-club-week-4-feb-17-23. Looking at the range of greys and the central bell curve of the histogram without much at the extremes.

Today I'm also playing kitchen stuff (although I got out for a walk in the sunshine and various pictures of the area, they didn't fit the b&w bookclub theme for this week)

Thank you for looking and commenting - you're all superstars.
Great focus!! I just wonder what that is...some kitchen stuff...but I cannot figure it out.

Interesting pov now that you have mentioned that its a cheese grater.
I'd imagine that the b&w transfer has given it more definition as well .

I must learn more about B&W! It sounds very technical.
February 22nd, 2014
@judithg we're making it technical this week - but it's helpful, far more idea how to use those histograms and what they mean - and how that shot might be better processed.
