For this week's Get Pushed challenge@shutterbug49
who challenged me to:
"For your get pushed challenge I suggest you look through your photos from this year. Pick your two favorites that also look good together and create a diptych of them."
I've taken liberties with this Get Pushed challenge and created a diptych with my favourite tree, showing the difference in weather from earlier this week (on the left) and today (on the right). It also works for the May half and half challenge
Three good things:
1. Mostly sunny day, which was a lovely change from the rain of the last few days;
2. I got out for a wander down to the fields as the sun went down, which always makes me feel better;
3. My toe is almost the right shape and size again.
Thank you for looking and your amazing comments. I prefer to spend time looking at your pictures rather than thanking you individually below.
@shannejw This works. I think it’s like one of my favorite photographers David Hockney. He does seasons flowing into each other like this. It looks like you matched the tree up really well. And the title is perfect.
I have a rather specific get-pushed challenge for you. How about making an oil and water abstract? It's fun and easy. Here are two articles to help you out:
