@monikozi Yes, I made different hearts and shot some on goldish colored paper. Then I repeatedly duplicated in SuperimposeX until I had some “bokeh” I liked. Then I superimposed by blending the “bokeh” with the original. That destroyed the look of the rose, so I created a mask of the rose and buds from the original. Then I put the blended version as a background and put the mask on top. So it kind of imitates focus on the flower with a blurred background.
I just read how you changed this image to the one with bokeh...my head is spinning. I have got to learn masks! I like this, but I like the other even more.
Lovely shot of this typical Iceberg. Interesting, I also used an Iceberg for my version. It was the only flower I could get a shot of in my garden. My processing is not half as clever as yours though ;-)
