I won't say too much, but as you can see our neighbor is different or thinks differently. He drove this home one day and he has been putzing with it ever since. When it pulled into the lane, it was so covered with mud we thought that it was painted a sand camo brown color. Only to learn later that it was all mud. Every evening he parks it with a front tire on top of this stump. As people drive by they have to be scratching their heads.
This is truly puzzling! I wonder what the point of parking it like that is. He must have a reason, but what could it be... LOL. It can't be very good for the suspension and the chassis to be constantly subjected to those off-balance forces!
@cocokinetic - Most people I know are asking the same question, Karen.
After I took this photo, he got it off the stump and then we didn't see it. We thought we could hear him working on it, mostly engine revving. And then I took the garbage out to the trash can and saw that he had driven it into a ditch that he had dug to expose his septic tank pipes. The revving, as it turned out, was him trying to get it unstuck.
@skipt07
Thanks for the reply, Skip - by the time he's done with this truck, it will truly be a wreck. Now his septic tank pipes are also probably not looking too healthy after this latest escapade. Truly a mystery, this chap and his beleaguered vehicle!
