new toy came today. it's supposed to be used for scrying but i sure can use it for something else. who wants to know the future anyway? when you're a senior citizen you know the future already. i like this toy. kind of heavy, though.

@maggotx - i saw one exactly like this (including the box) for sale at a psychic shop uptown. i wanted to buy it for photography but it was something like $80 so i balked. the proprietress said that if i ever get one for cheaper i can bring it to her and she will perform a 'consecration' rite so i can also use it for scrying. i really just want it for photography and i'm not about to dabble in scrying or wicca or anything like that. the lady had a bigger one and she polishes it with her hand, like she was caressing it. apparently she could see images and lights. it was kind of spooky. thank you for visiting; it's much appreciated, mag.
