this is one time that i get lens envy, wishing i had a wide angle lens to show the beautiful skyline of downtown san francisco, from several metres into the bay. the end of the bridge from last night to the port's clock tower is an amazing display of lit up structures, their reflections on the water looking like a cache of sparkling jewelry, is one magnificent sight. the city had that smart idea of building the lookout from the water to give locals and tourists alike a view of the city's magnificence.
a big thank you goes to @mikegifford for showing macey (my bff's daughter and my goddaughter) and me around the docks and for the brilliant discussion/information on photography. he is as awesome as this view.
