buskerfest toronto part 1

my get-pushed challenge this week is street photography "that tells a story and evokes emotion", set by laurie @luvmynynix.

timely, i say, because 'buskerfest toronto' is the event this weekend in my city. ten city blocks closure of the busiest street in the downtown core, serviced by three subway stops, and you can guess that the motorists are majorly pissed! i haven't gone to this event in a few years because i know how crowded it would be and i'm no good when i am surrounded by so many people. but events like this is open season for street photography and everyone is fair target, er...i mean subject.

came across this in the first two blocks north. so what do you think is the story here? the other shot i like better is here: http://365project.org/summerfield/365-again/2014-08-23

thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are truly appreciated.
@luvmynynix - laurie, here you go.

Looks like Daddy is training the next generation of photographers in his family! Cute shot. Loving the blue series!

I read the story as daddy and daughter are picking the best seats to watch the flame juggler.

Lovely interaction between dad and daughter. The performer appears to be directing the scene!

Haha! If I hadn't seen the other one first I would have thought he was comforting her and telling her not to be afraid...BUT...she is young and she has an ice cream in the hand you can't see...sooooo, most likely he is wiping her face! LOL Great capture!!
