i think it's a bear. it looks like it. one of the ladies had a set up of cookies and other sweets for some of the students she's working with and this bear was one of the décors. you can just make out a platter of cookies in the background right near that blurry santa.

I think that this little fellow looks quite unenthusiastic and underwhelmed by the bag of awesome toys he has! The whole effect is totally festive though.
