bands of friendship

i met a friend at the distillery district last saturday. there was a festival of lights happening at the district which i didn't know about but started well before the sun went down. nothing really appealed to me except for this multi-coloured installation of lit hoops titled 'bands of friendship'. i would have loved to photograph it with all the rings but closer was the only option as there was just so many people most of which didn't care if anyone else was taking photos or what.
