whenever the sun is shining brightly and you want to get a geometrical shadow shot, go to the corner of church street and wellington street and this is what you will get. i see it all the time. maybe i should go and see what the front of the building looks like.

fitness challenge update: yes! yesterday's efforts landed me in top 5. today, for a mere 30 minutes, i had 5,000 plus steps. i walked to the st. lawrence market, more like ambled my way as i kept stopping to take photos. and that's how to rack up a lot of steps, painlessly!
