lines and colours

another shot taken last week at the brookfield place's lobby where they have mural installations. this one i had to position myself so that i am directly in front of the edge of the green mural and the other half is the floor of the lobby (see here: https://365project.org/summerfield/365-still/2018-02-07 ). it's just one shot not a diptych. as i have previously expressed, i'm not one to interpret an art that i don't understand as i don't get it. well, it's not fair as you can only see a portion of the installation or mural but trust me, you're not missing much.
That's quite a mind bending shot! Glad you included the explanation! Incredible half and half!

Excellent work my friend.

Nice. I thought it was the perspective that made the vertical divider a bit out of balance but it actually is :-)

Amazing that this is one shot! So glad you said that because it does look like a diptych. Incredible half and half!

So glad you included the link to your previous shot because it does explain this one.

Amazing to walk on glass tiles, isn’t it?! Well sometimes I see art that I know I could replicate and do as well as the artist did. The green mural is definitely one of those pieces, ha.

Looks like light fittings, I am sure you have vastly improved the exhibit by displaying it in this way.

The angle that you have taken it and all the geometric shapes make it look like a diptych! Well done to achieve this with just one shot! There is no accounting for taste especially in Art so we will just leave it at that. Someone must have liked it to display it and I’m sure they paid a lot for it to

This is fun- it really looks like two pictures placed side by side. Great optical illusion!
