K as in potassium. potassium in diet is important to health -- for hormone secretion and action, vascular tone, systemic blood pressure control, gastrointestinal motility, fluid and electrolyte balance, among other things.
although banana is a great source of potassium, there are other edibles that are far richer in potassium, like avocado, chard, sweet potato, etc. but i could only get hold of a banana that i swiped from the office function today. why? because i ate all my avocado yesterday when i had nothing better to do.
and who might be so interested in banana but a minion of course! so hop-along-bob was right there and even photobombed the banana split.
now, what to do with the other banana? bob says banana flambé perhaps?
