one of those novelty items you find in a kitchen thingie shop. people's ingenuity and artistry is limitless; if only our politicians would use theirs no matter how scarce, it would be an ideal world. and maybe boring, too. so i shouldn't get you started, hmm?
yes, this is a napkin holder, made of flattened bamboo. the little knob is actually a heavy metal rod running the width of the tray with two knobs on either ends to hold the napkins in place. this photo might have been more appealing had i put part of a napkin but the fact of the matter is i am feeling sleepy and tired from thinking what i have to post for today.
