until lunchtime, i was devoid of any ideas for the penultimate toilet paper shot. i was skimming google images for any classic posters or photographs where i can innocuously put in the toilet paper roll. i almost did another rene magritte. then i remembered i faved a photo of denise @lyndemc with her cello. i was going to message her to see if i can "borrow" one of her photos when the light bulb over my head lit up. i didn't have to borrow someone's photo, i have a violin! the plan was to do a still life when the light bulb zapped me and directed me to youtube. so i searched violin and toilet paper and i couldn't believe my eyes! during the toilet paper crisis, i discovered that nothing was held sacred anymore but that indeed you can play violin using the toilet paper. well, i'll be....
i was going to wait for may to do a shot for the album cover. but i thought the quote was perfect for this one-subject shot, although TP was surely famous for at least two, three months. but its star has started to fade.
