i had a relapse from yesterday's foray in the outside world but felt better enough to make my own food. the rice is leftover from yesterday and i grilled the zucchini marinated in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. the trout portion was grilled bathed in cajun spices and maple bbq spice. nothing beats home cooked meals. a long time ago, my friends (who are all dead now) expected me to serve them filipino dishes when they come and dine at my home. no such luck for them as i can only make garlic fried rice with minimum success.
this is the only photo i took today, apart from the toronto skyline; i rather think you'd prefer to look at this.
This looks and sounds delicious. I wonder if you have Benign Positional Vertigo (BPV)? It lays low then all of a sudden it’s unbearable to live with. Did you go to the doctor or is this something you have from time to time? I’m so sorry, I had BPV just once and it was unbearable.
I am with @annied Is it trout or salmon? I have to say no matter what it is you have plated it beautifully. I am glad you are feeling well enough to cook and eat again too.
