this time the sun shining through the slats in the upper part, and seemingly making the lower fence glow caught my eye. of course, it helped that there are creepers lending contrast in textures. i'm sick and tired of photo-ing my walking route. i need to go some place new or different this weekend. i was thinking i'll bus it to niagara but it's a holiday weekend in canada and next weekend in the US; i will need to do that on my day off after memorial day.
we had frost overnight and the walk was a bit chilly. thankfully, i listened to my inner voice telling me to dress warm.
The light is amazing Vicki. It gives such a warm glow to the fence. I like the patterns of the lattice, and the vine gives it an added element of interest
