jelly

when i had a taste for jelly, i made these using only half the package of each of jell-o lime and and jell-o strawberry flavours and mixed them with knox brand unflavoured gelatine. that's why these are lighter in colour, and also only half as sweet. i think i will make jelly for our church's potluck lunch.

Is that jelly cut into cubes? Looks more like sweets than the traditional jelly we would have at children's parties. Very attractive presentation.

I love Jello! I never thought about cutting it with gelatin. Might need to try that. I like the bowls of transparent colorful blocks.
