i just realized i forgot all about the two bunches of tulips i bought last week. i had placed them on a vase and left the vase on the kitchen window sill. well, the water was almost drained, the leaves have turned black but the yellow flowers were still beautiful, and yet the whole thing is ugly to photograph. instead, i took a picture of one of my favourite cross stitch projects, tah-dah! a blue willow vase with yellow tulips. i think this project took me about a week to finish, but that was when i was still young, about fifteen or so years ago.
