partner was in the mood tonight - to drive me around to take some night shots of the city. we end up in the trendy hazelton avenue uptown, where celebrities shop and dine. patrons in the shops and restaurants around here are wary of people with big cameras. but not of me, because i just ignore the lot of them. the right portion, where the lit trees are, is the patio of sassafraz, where the stars and non-stars go to be noticed. but i have come to take a photo of the statue of a cow. haha!
in front of the statue, a really elegant woman, whom partner recognizes but can't come up with the name, asks me what is so interesting in a statue of a cow. i say the cow stays put. after she has walked past me, i rue the fact that i should have asked her for a photograph. ahh, lost opportunities, i get so many of them these days. and then i can't find the photos of the cow.
best viewed large, if you're so inclined. thank you.
@abhijit - if you view large, you'd see them walking at the end of the street and the rest are sitting at the restaurant dining (on the right of photo). i like to keep my subjects very still. :-) thank you, abhijit.
