the lovely victoria stowe is my partner this week for the get pushed challenge. she has challenged me to "photograph fire".
i was thinking of treating partner to dinner to one of our favourite restaurants where there is a real fireplace, but he was already cooking dinner when i came home so that plan was promptly scrapped. so, i have to make do, at least for now, with these tealight candles. this is sooc, i didn't touch it not even to put in a name tag. in some monitors, or probably depending on setting of the monitors, you can see the blue fire in the wick part. i'm still thinking how best to compose a fire shot aside from this. i really think i want to go to that restaurant now.

I do like candle shots. I had to laugh though. I always take them when we are in the midst of a power outage so it's seems amazing to me that you just set this up and took the shot!
