Mr and Mrs Shoveler

I love these ducks. I'd never seen them until we went to Martin Mere Wetlands Centre. It took me a long time to get a reasonable picture of them both together. Mr C was getting a bit fed up.

@merrelyn It can be so confusing when males and females look so different. The clue here is the bill which is very distinctive and very unusual. That's how I knew they were the same species.
