The first one I've seen this year and this one posed beautifully. Taken at Gooderstone Gardens three days ago.

That's a beautiful capture with the wings fully open showing all the markings. My butterflies have been annoyingly flity so far this year.

It’s interesting how some species are much easier to photograph than others. Some rarely settle and some rarely open their wings when they do settle. I got lucky with this one.
