Usually orange tips never seem to settle and when they do it's only for a nanosecond. This one, however was being very cooperative this morning. It was a sunny morning but very cold so I suspect he was warming himself up.
While I was taking the photo I wondered what that patch of white was. I went to look later and it's a large tulip petal.
