There was a very odd chap in Mevagissey today. He was wandering around with a top of the range Cannon camera and a huge expensive lens the size of a bazooka. As I passed him, he was saying to his partner " Well I'm very disappointed with Mevagissey. There's nothing worth shooting here. The way people go on about it, I was expecting it to be much more picturesque than this"
To be honest I have always thought that Mevagissey was a photographers paradise. One of the most picturesque fishing villages in the country........ but it's all a matter of opinion I suppose. However if he can't find a good shot with that equipment and this location, Then maybe he should take up a new hobby. :)
One wonders where he goes to get a good shot...... It must be pretty spectacular.
How did you not say anything? If this guy could not find any thing worth shooting in Mevagissey then give up photography and throw his camera in the harbour, he is not a photographer just awanna be with a big lens saying look what I got. You can always find a good shot no matter where you are as every one on 365 has shown.
A beautiful harbour scene. I love 😍 the little cornish harbours, always full of interest. That chap probably couldn't see further than the end of his nose
