Many years ago, we were looking for some garden ornaments and found a fabulous stone figure of Cleopatra in an antique shop. She is life size and so heavy it takes three people to lift her.
When we got her home, Kitty being the kind hearted person she is decided that she really wasn't dressed for winter in the garden and she has sat on the landing half way up the stairs ever since. Many people have wondered why we have a huge garden ornament sitting on the stairs and think we are a bit mad...... Probably right.
Anyway today I decided as she is going to stay indoors with us that she needed a bit of a makeover so I got my paints out. :)
