In the Pirates of St. Piran crew, we pride ourselves in the age range we have. We are probably one of very few gigging bands that includes 3 generations (Kitty, her daughter and her granddaughter).
We also have an age range from the youngest at just 18, all the way up to my very good friend Mr Eagles here who turns 75 this year. He is very much our elder statesman and he probably knows more sea shanties than anybody else in the world, which he sings to us round the camp fire in the early hours of the morning.
He provides a very deep and melodious bass voice to our performances, that makes the earth move and rumble along with him.
I've been scanning through the portrait tag looking for shots..this caught my eye....impressive shot and no glare on those glasses! hmm..wondering how one does that....
