Not what I had intended to post today. It was supposed to be this snowman, in the snow, with star shaped bokeh surrounding it from the lights in the background. I tried so many different settings, distance, etc., and everything failed miserably. I'll keep trying...for now, here's my compromise. Crystal ball snowman reflecting the building across the alley, processed in picmonkey.

This is so pretty! I really like the reflections in it! I am glad I am not the only one who struggled with the technique challenge. I took so many shots and couldn't get all the pieces of the puzzle to fit together. I will keep trying, too.

I like how we can see the rails inverted in his head. It is weird how at times, we think we can find something in a certain shot, but we just try and try and cannot. At times, we find something unexpected but we love it. sometimes, not. But we just keep trying. I like this one
