Taken in South Carolina on our spring break travels. It's so gray and rainy here that it's too depressing to photograph. I'm hoping better weather will bring new motivation. The swamp is somewhat of a distant memory but it was interesting tonight to look at images that were more removed for me. I ended up deleting a lot that I had original thought worth keeping. Taken outside Charleston.
I sure know that feeling re rain and grey. A good time to pull out photographs from a trip or sunnier days. Wonderful textures and reflections here and congrats on being #1 on TT

I rather like the dark and gloomy you've captured here Taffy, the division of the shot between reality and reflections gives the shot a very interesting feel.
Fab reflections I remember the first time I saw some of these and also the trees that have what appears the fine webbing all over them. It stayed with me as it was so different from Maine.
I like this SO much . Beautiful dark and rich colour tones of browns and greys , stunning textures and reflections ,the mysteries in the shadows ! A fabulous fav ! Also congrats re the tops in the TT !
great depth and patterns in the reflections with the criss crossing of the different tree elements. Really merits close study to appreciate all that this has to offer. We have the same weather.
