I've been eyeing this warehouse, which is across the parking lot at Calumet Camera, where I'd bought my D600 that has the horrible sensor oil spot problem. So, today was the first day since getting back I could take it in. They're cleaning it (and my D90 while I was there) but since I would be without both cameras, I took that opportunity to capture this shot before giving them up. It's always intrigued me that whoever owns this warehouse has gone to the trouble to systematically paint key parts of the building in this bright yellow. I'll be back there tomorrow morning, hopefully to hear they've fixed the sensor problem.
BTW, I know today's word was blue, but in the circumstances, yellow is the only thing I could do even close!
@sugarmuser :-)) I took a photo of this several months ago and am going to try to go back and find it. I know it isn't well captured and I'm thinking it also shows what 365 has taught me about how to frame something.
Nice pov showing lots of great lines and angles. I like the bright yellow against the concrete. 365 really does make you look at everything with new eyes!! Hope they sort out your sensor problem.
Thanks so much for your viewing and comments! I appreciate your commenting on something as lowly as a warehouse image!!
