I arrived at the Botanic Garden about 5:30 with only about 20 minutes to photograph before I lost the sun completely. Testing my newly cleaned camera (yay, no spots!). This was an experiment - combined from 5 images using LR. When all was together, it looked to me like the autumn toned bank of the pond had captured the silhouette side, encapsulating them in clouds. Mmmmm...seeing things that aren't there?
Main album has b&w image from a different section of the pond, with an architecture focus: http://365project.org/taffy/365/2016-10-24
Very peaceful- don't know about the capturing part- but in my imagination maybe the colored trees have magically taken the colors from the silhouetted trees- a good shot for story telling!
