These are two of four beautiful horses in a field adjacent to a footpath that we followed with our walking group this afternoon... they had turned their backs to the prevailing wind in anticipation of the rain that came shortly afterwards.
This is yet another one that views best on black...
I wonder if they'd rather be running about than placidly waiting for the rain. You've caught the horse in the foreground with his ears twitching at your presence. Brilliant!
