OCOLOY Day 88: Orchid in the Spotlight
This orchid stands on the mantelpiece in our sitting-room - I particularly liked the way that the angled afternoon sun created a spotlight effect.

Richard, this is so artistic with your use of line/shadow/tone. I like the way the stalk on the right is positioned leaning in to the flower, as if to protect or communicate.
