About 25km from where we live is the Domaine de Tremelin, a large public park dominated by an extensive leisure lake surrounded by forestation. The park caters for visitors of all ages but youngsters are especially well catered for by an adventure park with walkways at high level in the trees. For those of a more sedate disposition, the park recently opened a modern building known as the Aparte which is a purpose designed art gallery featuring exhibitions by local artists.
The current exhibition is by Cédric Guillermo, a farmer turned artist who specialises in images and sculptures of anglers, often using fishing tackle items to create his works of art. This is the roof of the entrance hall which features three of his life-size sculptures of anglers... the title translates as "Are they biting then?" or, more prosaically, "Any luck?"
As usual, the image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.
