Don't you just love it when you unexpectedly come across something completely off-the-wall and unexplainable. So that's how it was as I was walking along the Vilaine canal tow-path and happened upon this papier maché sculpture of a small child on a swing hanging from a railway bridge over the canal. The sculpture is quite small - about 18 inches high I would guess - and, judging by it's weathered condition, it has obviously been there some time. I have so many questions that I would like answered!
As usual, the image is SOOC and is part of my ongoing OCOLOY project - you can read more about it in my profile.
Actually very unusual as encounter , I love this encounter with childhood , the stage , as if the buildings were parents watching their children playing on the swing, ready to pounce if dropped , I love it , FAV
